STANDARD RETURN POLICY FOR PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
At Lifeonaire.com, we offer a standard 30–day money–back guarantee on all event purchases, books, courses, CDs and home–study products.
The materials must be returned to us in “Like New” condition within 30 days of original purchase.

To ensure proper handling and credit, please be sure to include a copy of your receipt, and a note indicating that you are requesting a refund.
Once the product has been received by USP, they will verify its condition. To qualify for a refund, the materials must be returned to us in “like new” condition. It is the customer's responsibility to take care in properly packing and shipping product in a reasonable manner, so as to minimize the liklihood of product damage. USP and its representatives have sole discretion to assess the condition and acceptability of returning materials.
If returned product is deemed to be in acceptable condition, USP will then notify Lifeonaire of returned product in good condition, and Lifeonaire will promptly issue a full refund, less a 15% restocking fee.
If return is deemed to be unacceptable, either due to reckless product damage, product returned beyond 30 day window, or any other reason, customer will be notified. Lifeonaire will offer to have product returned back to customer at customer's expense if desired.
Refunds are issued in the same manner as the original purchase. For example, if a credit card was used for the purchase, the same credit card will receive the refund. If a check was used for purchase, and check will be issued for refund.
- When returning product, please do not include items from other orders, or other shipments from the same order, in the same box, or you may not receive the correct refund. Each shipment must be returned using a separate mailing label.
Purchased courses with defects caused in manufacturing or shipping may be returned for a replacement of the same product.
Damage to the courses caused by the customers will not be refunded or replaced. If an issue of return falls outside the aforestated policy, the matter will be resolved in a fair manner at the discretion of principles of Lifeonaire.
